Dividend Growth Stocks

Dividend Growth stocks are stocks that mainly stay at the same price, but pay a generous dividend to their investors. These kind of stocks are long-term stocks and are a low risk for investors. I encourage young investors to invest in these type of stocks. With the money that you get with your dividends you should buy back more shares in order to increase your monthly dividend. If young investors do this then they should be able to retire by the age of forty! Successful dividend investing is the outcome of looking at quality stocks that can grow with earnings over time. You want to look at companies that grow distributions over time, which makes the company more desirable since they will maintain purchasing power of their distributions. A company that grows revenues and earnings over time is most likely to reward their investors with higher dividends.
